Shop2in1.com offers a diverse range of products across multiple categories including: Clothes, Watches, Tech Accessories, Shoes, Peshawari Chappal, Organics, Appliances, Decor, Gadgets, and more. We strive to display product images, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, details, or specifications on your screen perfectly reflect the physical product.

• All product listings are subject to availability. We may discontinue any product at any time.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or service.
• Handcrafted items (such as Peshawari Chappals) may have slight variations – these are not defects but a mark of authenticity.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing your order.

• We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) and online banking/wallet transfers (where available).
• Payment must be completed in full before order dispatch for non-COD orders.
• We use secure payment gateways; however, we are not liable for any third-party payment processor issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Pakistan via trusted courier partners. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days depending on your location (major cities may receive faster delivery). You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

• Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier issues, etc.).
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as organic products, undergarments, and opened tech accessories) are non-returnable unless defective.
• Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for purchase within 5-7 business days after inspection.
• Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.

Note: All Peshawari Chappals and handcrafted items are inspected before shipping. Return requests for minor natural variations (leather texture, colour tone, etc.) will be evaluated case by case.

7. User Accounts

Creating an account on Shop2in1.com is optional but recommended for faster checkout, order tracking, and exclusive offers. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.
